I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The barge rooms right on the water were a unique experience, with the window open to enjoy the fresh sea breeze and lovely touches that made it an unforgettable stay overlooking the Harbour. However, I did encounter some challenges with a member of the staff who needed improvement in their customer service, and it was quite surprising to find them asleep when I went downstairs on the second night. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was delightful.
